Payment & reservations

Direct reservations require 100% payment at booking. A reservation is not confirmed until payment is successfully completed.

Cancellations

Bookings canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time qualify for a full refund to the original payment method or a booking credit for 100% of the amount paid, at the guest’s choice. Booking credits expire 12 months after issuance. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the experience are nonrefundable; credit may be offered at our discretion.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling with at least 48 hours’ notice is complimentary and subject to availability. Requests within 48 hours are subject to approval.

Late arrivals & no-shows

Guests receive a 15-minute grace period. A late arrival does not extend the scheduled end time. After 30 minutes without an agreed adjustment, the reservation may be classified as a no-show and is non-refundable.

Weather & 813 cancellations

Light or temporary weather does not automatically cancel an experience. If 813 determines that unsafe weather prevents the experience, the guest may choose complimentary rescheduling or a full refund. If 813 cancels an experience, the guest may choose a full refund or booking credit.

Group sizes

Mini Tours include 1–2 guests. Signature and Full Experiences include up to 5 guests. For 6–8 guests, please contact us for a custom arrangement before booking. Groups of 9 or more require a custom booking.

Proofs, selections & delivery

Proof galleries are delivered within 48 hours of the tour. Guests are requested to submit favorite selections within 7 days. Final edited photographs are delivered within 5 calendar days after selections are submitted.

Editing & RAW files

Standard editing includes color, exposure, cropping and light retouching such as temporary blemishes. Extensive image manipulation or body alteration is not included. RAW files are not included and are not sold.

Usage

Standard bookings are intended for personal use. Commercial use requires separate licensing or a commercial booking. Permission for 813 to use guest photographs in its portfolio or marketing is requested separately and is not required to book.

Third-party platforms

Reservations made through third-party platforms may be governed by that platform’s cancellation, payment, refund and other applicable terms where they conflict with these direct-booking policies.
